Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original Bangalore Refinery packaging, ensuring the invoice and all accessory tags are included inside.
Schedule Pickup
Choose a preferred time slot for our courier partner to collect the parcel from your doorstep at no additional shipping cost.
Quality Inspection
Once received at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the garment and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
